During a private ceremony held in chambers this afternoon at the National Courts Building in Washington, D.C., Leonard P. Stark was sworn in as a United States Judge for the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  Chief Judge Kimberly A. Moore administered the oath of office to Judge Stark, which was witnessed by several of the court’s judges, as well as members of Judge Stark’s family.
