Fee Schedules

The Federal Circuit has adopted the following fee schedules consistent with fees set by the Judicial Conference of the United States pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1913.

Pursuant to Fed. Cir. R. 39(c), the Clerk of Court has established the following maximum allowable rates for taxation of costs.

Payment Options

Unless otherwise noted, all fees must be made payable to “Clerk, U.S. Court of Appeals” or “Clerk, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit,” either by cash (exact amounts only), check, money order, or credit card.

The Clerk’s Office only accepts credit card payments in person or through CM/ECF.  Please do not send cash by mail.
