System Outage and Notices

Routine Maintenance

The CM/ECF system may be unavailable on Saturday mornings from 5:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m (Eastern) for system updates and regular maintenance. Filers should not attempt any CM/ECF transactions during this period.

Extended Maintenance and System Outage and Inaccessibility Notices

Electronic filers are advised of the following Federal Circuit Rule 26(a)(4) inaccessibility notices, system outages, and extended after-hours maintenance notices.  Filing deadlines are not automatically extended unless specifically noted.  Filers experiencing technical or system errors on their end should follow the requirements of Federal Circuit Rule 25(c)(1)(C)
