Change to Electronic Filing Procedures During Weather-Related Closures

Effective October 1, 2019, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will no longer automatically consider weather-related closures as legal holidays for purposes of Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 26.  The full notice, including the new procedure for handling deadlines for electronic and paper filings, is available on the court’s website (pdf).
