By statute, the Chief Judge of the Federal Circuit may hold a conference “for the purpose of considering the business of the courts and advising means of improving the administration of justice within the circuit.” 28 U.S.C. § 333. These conferences are typically held in even-numbered years and have open registration for all members of the Federal Circuit’s bar to attend and to participate in the conference.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will hold its next Judicial Conference on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 in Washington, D.C. Attendance at the conference is by invitation only. General registration closes on April ##, 2024.
