The Library serves the court’s mission by using the knowledge and experience of its staff to provide and facilitate the use of legal materials and information resources through research assistance, helping with opinion publishing, contributing to the court’s website design and development, collecting and preserving Court documents and history, and presenting training events.
Through these activities, the Library also fosters awareness in the wider legal, government, and public communities of the court’s work, rules and decisions.
The Circuit Library serves the research needs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Office of Special Masters.
