During a private ceremony held in chambers this afternoon at the National Courts Building in Washington, D.C., Tiffany P. Cunningham was sworn in as a United States Judge for the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Chief Judge Kimberly A. Moore administered the oath of office to Judge Cunningham, which was witnessed by several of the court’s judges, as well as personal guests of Judge Cunningham.

Judge Cunningham was nominated by President Joseph R. Biden on April 19, 2021, and the United States Senate confirmed her nomination on July 19, 2021. She received her judicial commission on August 6, 2021. Judge Cunningham’s full biography is available on the court’s website.
