The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is committed to maintaining a workplace free of discrimination and harassment, where respect, civility, fairness, tolerance, and dignity are the norm.
Hayley Weimer and Lily Robinson Phares serve as the court’s EDR Coordinators. Ms. Weimer joined the court’s Office of General Counsel in 2011 after working in private practice. Ms. Phares, a former law clerk at the court, joined the Office of General Counsel in 2018 after working in private practice. They will coordinate the options for resolution provided in the Plan, provide confidential advice and guidance if an employee seeks informal advice, coordinate the assisted resolution process, and accept complaints under the Plan. Ms. Weimer also serves as the court’s Director of Workplace Relations. In that additional capacity, Ms. Weimer is available to provide confidential and impartial assistance to judges and employees on workplace conduct matters and assists the court in meeting its obligations under the Plan.
