On Thursday, September 19, the Hon. Kimberly A. Moore, Chief Judge of the Federal Circuit, swore in Elizabeth Newsom and Daniel Volk as judges of the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals. Chief Judge Moore administered the oath of office to Judge Newsom and Judge Volk at an investiture ceremony attended by the judges of the CBCA and in the presence of Judge Newsom’s and Judge Volk’s family.
