The Federal Circuit is providing media and public access to the audio stream of each panel scheduled for argument during the court’s monthly sessions. This access is part of the Federal Circuit’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the continued limitation on public access to the National Courts Building. See Administrative Order 2021-10 (June 22, 2021) (pdf).
The streaming audio feeds begin approximately 15 minutes before the start of the scheduled argument in each courtroom. Recordings of all arguments will be posted on the court’s website after the conclusion of arguments each day.
Audio recordings of past arguments from February 4, 2003, to the present may be retrieved below. There is no charge for accessing or listening to these recordings. A limited number of earlier recordings are available through records requests to the Clerk’s Office.
