Changes of December 1, 2016:

  1.  When the Board issues a decision, you may file a petition for review in this court within 60 days of the Board’s decision (deleted)
  1.  after the date on which the Board issued notice of that decision. (added)
  1. Added “if relevant” on page 165 so that it now reads as: “the clerk will ascertain from the board or agency whose decision is the subject of the appeal or petition when notice of its decision was received by the appellant or petitioner, if relevant (added), and will thereupon make a determination of timeliness”
