PAMELA B. NADEL
Pamela Nadel focuses her alternative dispute resolution practice on mediation at the federal level. She has mediated more than 200 federal court cases that have encompassed complex business and commercial disputes, insurance coverage, franchise law, labor and employment law, intellectual property/property rights, federal tax suits, business and personal injury torts and debtor/creditor rights. Participants have included Fortune 100 and 500 companies, small businesses, non-profits, and government agencies. Sectors include arts, entertainment, finance, insurance, medical products, pharmaceutical, information services, manufacturing, mining, quarrying, scientific, transportation, wholesale and retail trade.
Since 2000, Pamela has been a certified Mediator for U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey and recently was selected by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey to be part on its Registry of Mediators as part of that Court’s new mediation program.
Pamela received her J.D. in 1988 from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and her B.A. in 1985 also from SUNY Buffalo. She served her legal internship in the Agency for International Development, Office of the General Counsel in 1987.
Her bar admissions include New Jersey, New York; the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of New Jersey and the Northern District of New York; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Federal Circuit.
She is a Master of the Bench, Program Chair, and Executive Committee Member in the John C. Lifland American Inn of Court, an intellectual property Inn which is also a member the Linn Inn Alliance.
