Notice of Proposed Amendments to the Federal Circuit Rules of Practice

The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit gives notice that it proposes to amend Federal Circuit Rules of Practice 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 15, 17, 18, 21, 24, 25, 25.1 (new rule), 26, 26.1, 27, 28, 28.1, 29, 30, 31, 32, 32.1, 33, 33.1, 34, 35, 36, 39, 40, 41, 45, 46, 47, 47.2, 47.3, 47.4, 47.5, 47.7, 47.9, 47.10, 47.12, 50, 52, 54, and the Federal Circuit Attorney Discipline Rules.  The full notice and a summary of proposed amendmentsa redlined copy of the proposed amendments, and a clean copy of the proposed amendments are available for public review on the court's website.  If adopted, the amendments would take effect on July 1, 2020.
