Mediation Program Fourth Quarter and Calendar Year Statistical Reports Now Available

The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit's Mediation Program has issued statistical reports of its activites for the fourth quarter and calendar year 2008 .

 

Federal Circuit Now Posting Orders Processed through Office of the Senior Staff Attorney

On February 2, 2009, the Court began posting electronic versions of orders processed through the Office of the Senior Staff Attorney (SSA) on or after January 30, 2009. To search for orders, click here. Most orders processed through SSA will now include an electronic signature of the Clerk of the Court rather than a handwritten signature. If an order was approved or authored by a judge or panel of judges, the order will include the name of that judge or judges.

   

Federal Circuit to Provide Wireless Internet Access to Members of the Bar

Beginning Monday, February 2, 2009, members of the bar will be able to access the Internet via a wireless connection provided by the court. Those interested in using the Court’s system to access the Internet must visit the Clerk’s Office, Suite 401 in person to obtain a password and log-in information. Access is available in the 2nd floor lobby, the 4th floor lobby, and the Circuit Library. Users of the Court’s wireless Internet access system must read the Disclaimer and the FAQs before accessing the system.

Chief Judge Paul Michel will address attendees of the AIPLA Mid-Winter Institute in Miami, Florida on Thursday January 29, 2009
