The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has issued a Dear Reader Letter regarding changes to the court's rules. Effective December 1, 2007, Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 25 has been amended.View the amended rule here . Incorporated into the notice at page two is a correction to Federal Circuit Rule 28(e), revised to eliminate the requirement to include in briefs parallel citations to United States Patents Quarterly.
