ORDER REGARDING CONTINUED COURT OPERATIONS DURING FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN

In light of the lapse in appropriations, the court has issued this order providing for the continuation of court operations, including arguments scheduled for February 9 and 12, 2018.
