THE FEDERAL CIRCUIT TO SIT AT WASHINGTON & LEE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 23, 2016 Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 48, a panel of the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments at Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia, on Wednesday, March 23, 2016. Oral arguments will begin at 10 a.m. in the Millhiser Moot Court Room.
