Federal Circuit Judges Will Participate in ABA’s 24th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference on April 1-4, 2009 in Arlington, VA

Several Judges from the Court are preparing to both participate and host a portion of the ABA's Section of Intellectual Property Law 24th Annual Intellectual Property Conference. This program will include a Swearing-in Ceremony and a Mock Appellate Argument at the Federal Circuit. Chief Judge Paul R. Michel and Circuit Judges S. Jay Plager and Randall Rader will participate in the mock appellate argument on April 2nd. Registration information can be found at this link.
