Federal Circuit Announces Proposed Change to Federal Circuit Rule 46(c); Comments Due by March 27, 2009

The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit proposes to amend Federal Circuit Rule 46(c) to increase the local fee for admission from $25.00 to $50.00.
