The Clerk’s Office has released new information and procedures for case participants requiring assistance during court sessions for communication-based and mobility-based disabilities. Additional information is available here.
The United States Court of Appeals will have a 2-hour delayed opening. Court Staff are authorized up to a 2 hour delay from their routine reporting time. Unscheduled leave and telecommuting is authorized as approved by supervisors. Chambers staffs should follow the policy of their respective judges.
